Tickets can be booked and purchased here online round the clock. You can also call the ticket hotline Monday through Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. – in Germany: 0651 / 97 90 777, in Luxembourg: 20 30 10 11, from other countries: +49 651 9790777.
Of course, you can purchase a ticket from the driver (supplemental charge €2.50); however, it can be the case that the bus is already booked up. An additional booking/sales possibility are the advance sales agencies of Ticket Regional (supplement 10 % on all travel tickets).
Print-at-home tickets can be purchased with VISA or MASTERCARD.
All customers with German residence can pay with a prior bank transfer if you wish your tickets to be sent by regular mail and have ordered them at the latest 8 days before your first trip.

Our 4-star buses with their extensive leg room offer a comfortable ride, so that you can even work with a computer. All the buses have electrical outlets for your electronic devices. We offer coffee service on board. Naturally, all the vehicles are air-conditioned and equipped with toilet facilities.

With 35 in/88 cm leg room, our 4-star buses offer a comfortable ride, so that you can even work with a computer. All the buses have electrical outlets for your electronic devices.
A child’s ticket for children under the age of 14 cost 60% of the normal price. Children up to and including the age of 4 ride free of charge. Children, like every passenger, must be buckled up. Proper security systems such as an infant car seat or booster seat must be provided by the passenger. Children younger than the age of 8 may ride accompanied by a person at least aged 18. Children between age 8 and 15 may ride unaccompanied if they present a permit from the person with child custody and if the child is met at the destination by a person at least aged 18. If no person is to pick up the child at the destination, the police may be notified if necessary in order to observe the child custody obligation. Adolescents from the age of 15 may travel alone with the DeLux-Express.
With the purchase of at least 5 tickets for the same trip, you receive a 20% discount as a group rate tariff.
In addition, we offer price reductions for college students, children, and adolescents as well as a limited number of promotional fares. Further information on the prices is available here.
There is no space in the passenger compartment for storing large pieces of luggage, children’s strollers, wheelchairs, etc. Please contact us if you wish to take luggage that is larger than normal suitcases. (Size of luggage compartment: 30 in/78 cm high, 34 in/88 cm deep)
Children’s strollers can be taken folded up in the luggage compartment. Children, like every passenger, must be buckled up. Proper security systems such as an infant car seat or booster seat must be provided by the passenger.
We offer specially designated seating for the mobile handicapped. We cannot take wheelchairs.
Every bus is equipped with toilet facilities.
We offer connections to intercity train transportation at the Luxembourg Main Station, Kaiserslautern Main Station, Frankfurt Airport, and Frankfurt Main Station.
Small animals can be transported in the customary carriers. Taking animals without a carrier is not permitted.
As a long-distance bus line the DeLux-Express does not have a permit for short-distance transit.
